GÜTROW OPEN 2007

Next IROA job for me was Güstrow Open in Germany.Friday 4pm I pick up Lars Hagemann and Jack Rømer, we took off in my new old car, we have to catch the ferry 7pm from Gedser to Rostock, we was there in time, Jack handle the paper to the counter, and she told us this reservation is for tomorrow, ore jack handle another reservation paper again she told Jack this is to late is was 3pm, JACK what the Fu,, have you done we went to the waiting line but no we have to drive all the way to Rødby, this will cost you on the ferry, ok ok I will give coffee and cake. We catch the ferry in Rødby around 10pm and we got a nice steak and the coffee and cake, we told Jack you have to pay all, ohh no just the coffee and cake it was to much for all, ok ok but no problem rest of the trip. Ummm.When we arrive in Güstow and we finally find the guest house where Jack and Lars should stay, but no again Jack fu... it up, this was not the right place, so we have to drive another 30 km then it was the right place and that cost Jack the whole bill on the ferry hihi thanks jack it was a nice steak. Well I have to find my place to stay. So I drive back for 15 km to my place to stay, but they dot have my name and they don’t have space form me, so I call up Jack and went back to theirs place to sleep on the floor on two pillows and the time was now 2am fu…Next day I got a room thanks. We arrive on the range 8pm there turn up 18 shooter from Denmark, and all in all there was 133 shooter. 16 stages 8 stage on Saturday and 8 stages on Sunday, 283 rounds. And first shoot 9am; I was shooting 8 stages and 2pm I have to be on my stage 1 I work there as CRO stage 1 was a long course 15 classic target and 2 popper 32 rounds and 160 point. Stage winner Bo Stampe in standard Time 17, 63 and full house. About my shooting and after my shooting in Lithuania Open two weeks ago, this the match was ok for me some miss but I shoot ok, thanks to Marianne, when she watch me she tells me what to do and its helps me a lot thanks Marianne, and thanks for I don’t got the miss.Well after a long day, and change my stage to the next day, I find all the Dane in a restaurant, I order the same kind steak like I got on the ferry, but what the fu...was that I order it Medium red I got a some kind of a steak total dead well well –done, but it take long time to make and I don’t complained I was hungry. I went to my hotel for a nice long sleep, and ready for next day.Sunday I start with my last 8 stages, we start on stages 16 with the whole RO squad, but after a few stage all the Ro split up, and I don’t like the way we was shooting, because when you come to a stage where there are another squad shooting, and you have to shoot because you have to work later, but the squad get upset, because you try to going in front of the squad to shoot, I hope next time they will change it. After shooting my stages I was working on stages 9 short course 4 classic target and one popper incl. a quick turner and a mover a nice quick and fast stages. Bo Stampe was a stage winner time 6, 64 with full house.
